Display only custom templates in Page Builder

OK, you've created some custom templates. They automatically show up in Page Builder in the Layout Templates screen, displayed under Your Templates, following the built-in Landing Pages and Content Pages.

If you've used the Builder admin panel (Version 1.10) or Templates admin panel (Version 1.9 and earlier) to assign categories to your templates, the categories are displayed as well, as shown in this screenshot. If you've assigned a custom order to the templates, the display will reflect that order as well. See the Related Articles for how to assign categories to templates.

Now suppose you want to hide the built-in templates and display only your own. You can choose to display user templates only, and the result is that the built-in templates disappear from the choices in the Layout Templates screen.

Tip: If you have the Agency version of the Beaver Builder plugin, you have another option: to effectively white label your custom templates and remove the Edit and Delete links from the display. For more information, see the Related Articles.

To display only custom templates:

  1. In the WordPress admin panel, click Settings > Page Builder and then click the Templates tab.
  2. In the Enable templates section, select Enable user templates only.
  3. Click Save template settings.
