Testimonials

Use Testimonials to display an animated slider of customer quotes with configurable autoplay, transitions, and styling.

Usage

Use Testimonials to display an animated slider of customer quotes that rotates automatically or on user interaction. The module renders each entry as a styled blockquote and uses bxSlider to handle the slide and fade transitions, autoplay, and navigation controls.

Use Testimonials on home pages, landing pages, sales pages, and About pages where social proof needs to occupy a fixed area without taking up the full vertical space of multiple stacked quotes. The compact layout fits multi-column rows for grouped testimonials, and the wide layout suits single-column sections that need a prominent featured quote.

Module Settings

The Testimonials module settings control the testimonial entries shown in the slider, the slider playback and transition behavior, and the layout, heading, text, and navigation styling.

Items Tab

The Items tab is where you build and manage the list of testimonials displayed in the slider.

Add Testimonials

Manages the list of testimonials in the slider. Click Add Testimonial to add a new testimonial to the slider, or click Edit on an existing testimonial to open its settings.

Each row in the list also includes Move, Duplicate, and Delete action icons:

  • Move: Drag and drop the testimonial row to change the order in which testimonials appear in the slider.
  • Duplicate: Creates a copy of the testimonial, including its content, and adds it to the end of the list.
  • Delete: Removes the testimonial from the slider.
note

The Move and Delete actions only appear once the slider contains more than one testimonial.

Each testimonial has its own General tab, described in Individual testimonial settings.

note

Deleting a testimonial cannot be undone after you click Publish.

Advanced tab

The Advanced tab includes all the standard settings for margins, visibility, animations, and advanced HTML configurations.

note

The Advanced tab is global, so it is not available for individual testimonial items in the Testimonials module. As a result, the ID setting applies to the parent node div, not to each testimonial.
